What the ladies have to say
Mama Eleanor
“When I first heard about Mama’s Got Moves I was gutted that it hadn't existed when my daughter was a baby. She’s now nearly 3, but Sita was so supportive and encouraging I decided to give it a go with a toddler in my sling, and it's great. Sometimes she gets out and dances for a bit with a doll in her own sling and we both have an amazing time. The combination of 90s classics and Latin beats is perfect for brightening up any Monday morning.”
Mama Kate
"Brilliant class that combines exercise with a morning nap! The feel good factor that comes from learning a new dance routine while cuddling my baby really sets me up for the day. I wish this class had been around when I had baby number 1."
Mama Hannah
“Mama's got moves is definitely my favourite Mum and Baby class. It's so much fun and I always leave feeling energised, despite the lack of sleep!!“
Mama Nic
“This is such a fun class. I get to re-live my youth dancing to nineties classics in the park while my baby has a lovely snuggly nap in the carrier. Win, win! Sita is very knowledgeable about babywearing and is a fab teacher. It is a highlight of our week!”
Mama Sally
“I've loved coming to this class and really recommend it. It's a fun way to get some exercise, listen to some Latin and 90s classics and meet other mums. It's relaxed and informal and a lovely way to start off the week. My baby loves it too - he sleeps right through every time! Sita is a friendly leader and great teacher - she's intuitive and as a mum herself has loads of good humoured patience with sleep deprived mums getting the steps all wrong :) “
Mama Alison
“Mama’s got moves is the best way to get your yourself feeling energised, have some fun and meet new people. Sita’s always got the best tunes and moves. It doesn’t matter if your brain is scrambled from no sleep, it’s all about just giving it a go. I bring my 2 year old toddler along, he’s in a sling sometimes but mostly just running and dancing along with us, it’s a great way for him to dance and make friends too. I would have loved to do this when he was tiny, something for yourself when you most need it !”
